Thank you so much, me and my friend were near to the point of pulling out our hair trying to get her microphone working. Fix 3 did it for us, no other persons fixes talked about app permissions and we never thought to check.
Greetings –
I have a Kraken (P/N RZ04-02830100-R3U1) in which it works but the retractable mic feels like’s it’s physically ‘off track’ when pulled out for use.
It’s also considerably ‘loose’ in that you can easily move it up/down as if it’s not connected correctly inside (the ‘off track’ comment).
Is this something I can ‘get to’ easily to fix or should I just use my warranty and get it replaced? ;(
