- Turn off all sorts of extensions and add-ons in the browser. You can do this one at a time, constantly updating the page through CTRL + F5.
- When an error occurs only on one portal, it is possible that technical work is carried out there (peculiar to small sites). Wait for a little, sometimes refreshing the page (F5).
- Try to restart the router (from the outlet – wait 5 minutes – turn it on again);
- Connect not from the router? Go to “Network and Internet Settings” (on the status bar where the time is indicated) and reconnect to the local network.

Some more complex solutions:

- Clean the DNS cache with Run (Win + R) and write CMD. Then ipconfig / flushdns.

- Disable the proxy embedded in the web browser.
- We start / restart the “DNS client” in “Administration” – “Services” – “DNS client” and click through the RMB – “Run” and select “Automatic”. Same for the DHCP client.
- Go to the “Run,” enter the word there: ncpa.cpl. Log in to your connection (most likely, this is a local connection). Next – select 4 TCP / IPv4 and go to its properties. In the properties, you need to look at what numbers you have entered in the table “DNS-server.” If DNS is obtained automatically, rearrange to manual mode and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 respectively.
- If all else fails, it may be viruses (trojans, backdoors, worms). Reset the hosts and scan the system. To do this, you will need additional software. Remember: antivirus does not see all the viruses. Perhaps it is the one that we are looking for: download AdwCleaner or MalwareBytes. Also, the application from the Dr.Web CureIt anti-virus will help. Open the application and scan the entire computer after detecting malware, clear all contents and reboot.
If the error occurs on the Android phone, we recommend trying to start from a safe mode. If nothing has changed, blame the virus.
